Ancora un’edizione record per il Japanese Cars Meeting!
The 2026 edition of the Japanese Cars Meeting (JCM) wrapped up with extraordinary results: on May 23 and 24, 2026, the prestigious backdrop of the Misano World Circuit set the stage for a truly memorable weekend alongside the spectacular battles of Time Attack Italia. JCM 2026 once again shattered all previous records, confirming the strong growth trend of its community: over 25,000 estimated visitors across the two-day event and 1,700 Japanese cars on display in the paddock and taking to the track. Meanwhile, the commercial exhibit spaces were completely sold out, featuring the automotive industry's top brands and companies. The flagship highlight of this record-breaking edition was the extraordinary presence of two absolute pillars of Japanese automotive culture, who attended live thanks to the partnership with Hardcore Tokyo South Europe, Carrozzeria Del Confine, and JapanWiki: Kei Miura (the creative mind behind the legendary Rocket Bunny and Pandem body kits, celebrated by the crowd for his revolutionary impact on worldwide car design and tuning) and Jun Takahashi (founder of the cult brand Hardcore Tokyo, who brought the unmistakable authenticity and spirit of Japanese street style to Misano).
The spirit of this weekend, dedicated to community and shared passion, was fully embodied by one of the event's most anticipated highlights: the spectacular track parade featuring over 1,000 Japanese cars driven by just as many enthusiasts, including the special guests and even the organizers, Fabio and Marilù, who commented: “The JCM was created with the single requirement of putting a lot of heart into it, and this year the participants truly poured their all into it. We remain in disbelief at these numbers, but we are ready to work for the future.”
